The SIA series is a multifunctional all-in-one signal integrity measurement device that includes an oscilloscope, eye diagram, and BERT test capabilities, as well as the ability to measure jitter, skew, and rise/fall times. It complies with all tests related to high-speed interfaces such as PCI Express, Fibre Channel, Serial ATA, and InfiniBand, and instantly displays pass/fail results along with measurements at the push of a button. Additionally, it is the only measurement device capable of jitter measurement without the need for entry models.
